Role: Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) Scientist specializing in gas deposition technology, focusing on process optimization, scale-up, and product introduction. Responsibilities: lead technical investigations into manufacturing challenges, apply scientific principles to understand process mechanisms, utilize statistical and data analysis tools for process improvement, drive cycle time reduction, and oversee technology transfer and scale-up activities. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to enhance process robustness, product quality, and capacity; evaluate emerging technologies and justify capital investments. Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering; 3+ years (MS/PhD) or 4+ years (BS) experience in manufacturing process development, process engineering, or technology transfer. Preferred experience with gas deposition, chemical vapor deposition, thin-film or coating technologies, vacuum systems, or semiconductor manufacturing. High-Value: gas deposition processes, process development and scale-up, process robustness, cycle time reduction, NPI, and continuous improvement. WorkSetup: full-time, day shift; travel approximately 10%.
