Manufacturing Product & Packaging Group Lead - Night Shift

The Group Leader is responsible for leading the manufacturing process of batches and demonstrating the methods and procedures to produce products using state-of-the-art, recipe-controlled HMI processing systems.

Essential Functions:
- Verify product and packaging/manufacturing components before operations; confirm product, “ousters,” and labels against batch, work order, and packaging records; ensure accurate logbook data entry and documentation completion.
- Initiate batch records per production schedule; verify staging status for upcoming batches; print/inspect shipper case labels; ensure 100% label reconciliation; review vision system results; submit documentation to Quality Assurance on time.
- Follow the manufacturing schedule based on shipping forecast; maintain proper status identification of components; dispose of rejected material and packaging per procedures.
- Verify equipment calibration before use; perform setup, operation, and cleaning per cGMP; complete ROSS transactions; schedule personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Follow Amneal Packaging CAPAs and SOPs; wear required safety/protective gear; comply with dress code.
- Prevent mix-ups and cross-contamination; keep rooms clean, organized, and compliant.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Day shift: 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule (6:00am–6:30pm); 3 days week 1 and 4 days week 2 of pay cycle; includes working every other weekend.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School or GED (Required)
- Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- $26.00–$32.00/hour; short-term incentive and long-term incentive (RSUs) within first 12 months; health/insurance benefits and 401(k) matching for eligible positions.
