Your Role: Manufacturing Process Operator in Training

Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks for the assigned area and meet departmental quality, quantity, cost targets while maintaining safety, cGMPs, and environmental compliance.
- Ensure production operations follow cGMP; support inspection readiness through self-inspection and daily housekeeping.
- Follow documentation/verification guidelines for batch production records, SOPs, equipment, and sample submission.
- Identify and address process and safety concerns; suggest and implement departmental safety improvements.
- Work in non-climate-controlled areas, including outdoor work in changing weather.
- Learn and operate large-scale processing equipment (e.g., dryers, filters/baghouses, mills, baggers, pneumatic transfers, fermenters, boiler/air/water systems, chillers/cooling towers, forklifts, and product/raw material movement).

Minimum Qualifications:
- HS Diploma / GED.
- Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, respirator incl. Bullard Hood/Dust Mask/PAPR).
- Basic computer skills; strong documentation, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to routinely handle 50-pound packages.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
- Equipment cleaning/sterilization and tank turnaround experience.
- Knowledge of process monitoring tools (e.g., pH, dissolved oxygen).
- Ability to analyze process data and drive improvements.
- Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving.

Additional:
- One-time sign-on bonus: $2,500.
- Location: Clinton, Indiana Manufacturing Site. 12-hour rotating days/nights; weekends/holidays as scheduled. Overtime may occur.
- Fixed duration: one-year contract, annually renewable up to 4 years (potential full-time).
- Must complete work simulation, post-offer exam, background screening, and physical/medical evaluation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not anticipated.
