The Manufacturing Operator III works in a pharmaceutical finishing operation to meet production requirements while maintaining safety and quality. Supports setup, changeover, and packaging of pharmaceutical products. Builds a team environment and drives excellence within the team.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety procedures and facilitate a proactive safety culture; use AbbVie approved tools.
- Perform housekeeping cleans; complete line clearances for lot/list changes; blow down finishing line/equipment (1–2 value streams).
- Assist in setup of automated equipment in primary/secondary packaging (1–2 value streams).
- Service and operate automated/semi-automated equipment; complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Perform quality-impactful tasks: challenges, parameters, pulling samples, in-process checks, bulk/commodity accountability.
- Sustain 6S of parts and tooling across the production floor.
- Escalate safety/quality/technical/operating issues timely.
- Communicate and drive improvement opportunities via cross-functional teams; work with production schedule and line priorities.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make minor adjustments to improve efficiencies.

Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent; technical experience/troubleshooting aptitude preferred; technical certificate/degree preferred.
- Demonstrated focus on quality and compliance with site policies/procedures.
- Ability to communicate issues to engineering and mechanical teams.
- Basic computer skills; ability to learn new programs/applications.
- Understanding of POMs, SAP, and MAXIMO preferred.
- Knowledge of related cGMP requirements/procedures preferred.
- Ability to stand 8–12 hours/day and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Work 40–48 hours/week; may work up to 60 hours depending on manufacturing demands.
