Manufacturing Operator I

Role: Manufacturing Operator 1 focused on assembling and testing neurosurgical perforators and medical devices in a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities include performing dimensional and visual inspections, following GMP-compliant SOPs, accurately recording data, maintaining compliance with safety, ISO, and FDA regulations, troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, and participating in process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: High School diploma or G.E.D.; at least 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, or related areas, preferably in medical device or regulated GMP settings; basic computer skills; ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a team environment. High-Value: Experience in cleanroom medical device manufacturing, GMP environment, and precision assembly. Work setup: primarily on-site with standing and repetitive motions; salary range $19.19-$25.43/hour.
