      Role Summary
 As a Manufacturing Operator, you will operate a variety of production machinery and equipment to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products. This role plays a critical part in maintaining manufacturing efficiency, safety, and product integrity.
 
 Responsibilities
 
  - Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work aligns with established procedures and Quality System standards. Follow SOPs, validation protocols, and cleaning programs to maintain GMP compliance. Accurately complete batch record documentation and monitor Right First-Time metrics and other key performance indicators.
 
  - Environmental, Health & Safety: Adhere to EHS policies and procedures. Immediately report safety concerns and hazards. Comply with all safety, environmental, and process-related regulations and training requirements.
 
  - Technical Operations: Operate and troubleshoot various types of machinery, including work savers, stand-up/sit-down lifts, and manlifts. Perform line changeovers involving cleaning, disassembly, reassembly, and lubrication of equipment. Support line performance and preventive maintenance to meet production schedules.
 
  - Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute as a High-Performance Team member, supporting team goals and cross-functional initiatives. Participate in efforts to improve equipment utilization, reduce changeover times, and implement new technologies and automation. Assist in training new technicians and developing SOPs, including annual reviews. Generate and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
 
  - Systems & Documentation: Utilize SAP to manage tasks such as material requests, transfer orders, confirmations, and handling unit assignments.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
  - Required: HS Diploma or GED; prior experience in a production environment; good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team; ability to lift 5-25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally; good oral and written communication skills; team-oriented and flexible; self-motivated with minimal supervision; good organizational skills; ability to operate computer applications; detail-oriented; ability to wear required PPE.
 
  - Preferred: Technical degree or certification; powder blending or related blending experience.
