Manufacturing Operations Scheduler

Your Responsibilities:
- Represent operations through planning, coordinating, and preparing tech and production activities
- Coordinate with maintenance preventative and corrective work orders
- Support process teams through floor scheduling and documentation review
- Uphold a strong safety and quality culture
- Support manufacturing through operational mentorship and technical coaching

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Education: High school diploma or greater
- Experience: 3 years of experience within manufacturing

What will give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven technical writing capability
- 3+ years of experience within GMP and animal health pharmaceutical manufacturing
- SAP workorder experience
- Quality event management (e.g., deviation, change, CAPA)
- Cross-functional team work
- Strong coaching/mentorship skills
- Cradle-to-grave understanding of biologic manufacturing operations

Additional Information:
- Travel: occasional
- Location: Elwood, KS
- The Elwood manufacturing facility is a 24/7/365 operation; standard business hours with occasional off-hour support needs.
