Manufacturing Operations Scheduler

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and prepare tech and production activities
- Coordinate with maintenance preventative and corrective work orders
- Support process teams through floor scheduling and documentation review
- Uphold strong safety and quality culture
- Support manufacturing through operational mentorship and technical coaching

Minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or greater
- 3 years of manufacturing experience

Preferred qualifications (competitive edge):
- Proven technical writing capability
- 3+ years experience in GMP and animal health pharmaceutical manufacturing
- SAP experience
- Cross-functional team work
- Strong coaching/mentorship skills
- Understanding of full life cycle biologic manufacturing operations

Additional information:
- Travel: occasional
