Manufacturing Operations Associate - Lebanon Advanced Therapies

Role: Manufacturing Operations Associate supporting startup and operation of Lilly's advanced gene therapy manufacturing facility in Lebanon, Indiana. Responsibilities: assist in process design, GMP start-up, validation, and ensuring compliance in GMP production areas; support technology implementation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional projects; contribute to SOP revision, deviation investigations, and training. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering or related technical field; 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, engineering, or technical services; strong knowledge of GMP, process validation, and technical systems. Preferred: operational track record in biotech or gene therapy; problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills; ability to lead or collaborate in cross-functional teams; excellent communication.
