Manufacturing/Materials Planner

Role: Manufacturing/Materials Planner supporting supply chain and manufacturing operations at GE HealthCare's Madison, WI site. Objectives: maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate product returns/repairs, and support efficient supply chain execution. Responsibilities: manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, process returns and repairs via Oracle ERP, and collaborate with manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and service teams. Analyze trends and support process improvements to enhance efficiency. Requirements: experience in inventory control, materials planning, or supply chain, with proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle or SAP; strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; basic Microsoft Excel knowledge. Preferred: background in regulated environments such as healthcare or medical devices, familiarity with reverse logistics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
