Role Overview
Early Career Leadership Program (2.5–3 year leadership accelerator) for high-potential Master’s graduates in Technical Operations (Manufacturing Management) in Raritan, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete multiple-functional rotations (12 months each) within Global Manufacturing, including Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT), Quality, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain (rotations tailored to goals, business needs, and interests).
- Gain high-impact operations experience with executive mentorship and a Leadership Development Series focused on leading self/others, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving enterprise-wide business outcomes.
Requirements
- Recent M.S. or M.A. graduate (Class of 2023–2026).
- 2–3 years of professional experience in life sciences, manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and aspiration to grow into operational and enterprise leadership roles.
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain/Manufacturing, or related discipline.
