Manufacturing IT Systems Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing shop-floor technology and daily operations.
- Implement and maintain manufacturing serialization/traceability and compliance systems.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability across the supply chain.
- Integrate serialization systems with enterprise systems (ERP/MES).
- Provide shopfloor IT troubleshooting and desktop support for computers, phones, printers, software, and hardware.
- Manage ServiceNow tickets; write training manuals and train users.
- Install, modify, and repair hardware/software; run diagnostics to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Serialization, Data, and Digital Technologies:
- Apply global serialization standards (e.g., GS1) and regulations (US DSCSA, EU FMD); ensure and document compliance.
- Use serialization software (ACG, TraceLink/Tradelink, rfxcel, Antares Vision, Systech, Optel).
- Understand RFID/barcodes and integration with serialization systems.
- Perform data integration (API: XML/SOAP; AS2; SFTP) and analytics; automation and BI reporting (Tableau/Power BI/QlikView).
- Familiarity with PAT (real-time monitoring/control), IIT technologies (real-time monitoring/predictive maintenance), and digital twin for simulation/validation.
Requirements:
- Masterβs degree in IT Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSCSA serialization/lot-level traceability (T3), GS1, EPCIS, tracing, and credentialing.
- Experience with T-SQL (data retrieval and document versioning).
- Hands-on with TraceLink, SAP ATTP, SAP ICH.
- 24 months experience in the position or related role.
Salary: $105Kβ$110K per annum.
Hours: 40 hrs/wk (8:30amβ5:30pm).
Location: Piscataway, NJ.
