Manufacturing IT/ OT Technical Analyst (DeSoto, KS)

Role: IT/OT Business Analyst within the Global Animal Health Manufacturing IT division, supporting manufacturing and laboratory operations in a biopharma context. Responsibilities: plan and oversee IT/OT projects, support and configure software/hardware, ensure compliance with regulatory and GxP standards, facilitate user training, develop expertise in manufacturing and quality systems, and maintain system stability and data integrity as site Data Steward. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing-related Information and/or Operational Technology, with knowledge of ITSM processes, and ability to adapt to changing technology. Preferred: project management experience, SDLC knowledge, GxP environment experience, and familiarity with OT concepts like MES, SCADA, PLCs. High-Value: manufacturing systems management in biopharma, focus on digitization, IoT, and systems integration. Collaboration: cross-functional interaction with manufacturing, quality, IT, vendors, and third-party integrators. Work setup: primarily on-site with 10% travel; based in the US.
