Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Site Lead

Role: MES Site Lead responsible for supporting and optimizing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) components at the DeSoto biopharma manufacturing site. Objectives include ensuring MES system reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement to support manufacturing activities. Core responsibilities involve managing MES versions, vendor performance, troubleshooting, developing recipes, supporting change processes, and maintaining documentation per SDLC standards. Qualifications: BS in engineering or science, minimum 5 years' MES experience, strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory knowledge (USDA, international standards). Preferred skills include Lean Six Sigma, biotech manufacturing, process validation, and effective communication. High-value specifics: focus on biopharma manufacturing, supporting GMP-regulated environments, with an emphasis on automation, system validation, and process improvement. Work setup: on-site at DeSoto, with no travel requirement.
