Manufacturing Engineering Manager - In-Vitro Diagnostics

Role: Engineering Manager leading Manufacturing Engineering to optimize production processes, equipment, and safety in a biopharma manufacturing setting. Responsibilities: develop strategic plans, manage and mentor engineering staff, oversee projects from conception to validation, troubleshoot equipment issues, lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
