Role: Manufacturing Engineer supporting CT detector packaging manufacturing at GE HealthCare, focusing on quality, yield, and process stability. Responsibilities: manage daily manufacturing operations; lead process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma; perform root cause analysis, defect reduction, and process capability enhancement; plan and execute DOE; support equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and fabrication; drive scrap reduction, OEE tracking, and 5S initiatives. Requirements: Bachelorβs in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation, Chemical, Materials Science, or related field; minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering. Preferred: experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools, high-volume or precision manufacturing, process troubleshooting, data-driven decision-making, and experience in regulated environments like biomedical or pharma.
