Manufacturing Engineer*

Role: Manufacturing Engineer focused on process improvement, troubleshooting, and project management within a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include developing safety, quality, and productivity enhancements; resolving equipment and downtime issues; leading continuous improvement projects; and supporting day-to-day operations, including change management and performance analysis. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; at least 2 years of manufacturing experience in private, public, government, or military sectors; problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills. Preferred: experience with process equipment, leading cross-functional teams, capital budgeting, and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, automation, PLCs, robots, and vision systems. High-Value: manufacturing environment, process equipment expertise, project leadership, and data analysis skills. Worksetup: on-site in Lexington, KY; travel up to 10% domestically and internationally; relocation may be supported. Additional qualifications such as experience with process automation and certifications like Lean or Six Sigma are advantageous.
