Role: Data and systems analyst supporting manufacturing and laboratory operations in a biopharma setting, focusing on data management, process optimization, and system support. Responsibilities: collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows; collect, organize, validate, and analyze manufacturing and lab data; develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical models to enhance planning and resource use; facilitate process reviews and design future workflows; support LIMS and related system configurations; create documented procedures and provide user training; leverage AI and analytical tools responsibly for automation and decision-making. Requirements: Bachelorβs in chemistry, biology, computer science, or related field; experience in scientific or manufacturing environments; proficiency with spreadsheets, structured data, and systems; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; familiarity with AI tools, data management, and system implementation. Preferred: experience with LIMS, ERP, Power BI, SQL, Python, low-code platforms, and AI-supported workflows; knowledge of regulated manufacturing and laboratory processes. High-Value: biopharma manufacturing, laboratory data management, AI/automation, system validation, and process improvement; based full-time on-site in North Kingstown, RI, with no travel expected.
