Manufacturing Co-Op

Role: Manufacturing Co-op supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging process optimization. Responsibilities: participate in projects such as changeover reduction, 5S, root cause analysis, workflow optimization, and statistical process control; troubleshoot maintenance issues; learn about equipment and processes including tablet compression and coating; review equipment specifications; analyze data to inform decisions; collaborate with plant personnel and vendors. Requirements: pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Data Science, or related field; at least 1 year of degree completed; strong communication, data analysis, and computer skills (Excel, Pivot Tables); experience in data analysis and root cause analysis. Preferred: prior engineering or data science internship, co-op experience in pharma.
