Manufacturing Associate - Weekend Nights

Role: Manufacturing Associate supporting product manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical setting. Responsibilities: assist in chemical mixing per batch recipes, ensure cGMP compliance, maintain accurate logs, keep work area clean and organized, support production flow, and assist inventory control of raw materials. Requirements: 3-5 years manufacturing experience, high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of metric system, ability to lift 80-100 lbs, punctuality, and attention to quality in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: familiarity with GMP procedures. High-Value: role within a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, supporting GMP-compliant production, physical demands including lifting and standing for extended periods, and flexible as needed for shift coverage. Work setup: onsite in Johnson City TN, 4x12 weekend night shift (Friday-Sunday, 6PM-6AM), with physical requirements to operate in a temperature-controlled environment and wear protective equipment.
