Manufacturing Associate Packaging (3rd shift, 12:00a to 8:30a)

Summary:
- Follows the lead of Packaging Specialists during packaging and closing of a batch.
- Inspects finished product before placing it into a carton.
- Performs in-process checks, documents findings in batch records, and notifies Quality and Production Supervisors if specifications are not met.

Responsibilities:
- Maintains a cGMP area.
- Follows all required SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Documents required information to ensure compliance.
- Performs in-process checks.
- Supports packaging operators during opening and closing of a batch.
- Places finished product into cartons and seals.
- Supports daily and weekly cleans.
- Follows all DEA requirements to ensure compliance.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree desired.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Works in a fast-paced, heavily regulated environment; high attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
- Willingness to work various shifts in a 24/7 operation.
- Proactive; comfortable raising concerns about inspection results.
- Ability to take specific direction with no room for error.
- Teamwork and collaboration across teams/functions/shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
