Manufacturing Associate, NGS TE Production

Role: Manufacturing Associate in Twist Bioscience's NGS team, responsible for executing molecular biology workflows to produce custom oligonucleotide products in a high-throughput, automated lab environment. Objectives include maintaining manufacturing schedules, adhering to SOPs, and ensuring product quality within an ISO, GMP, LEAN setting. Responsibilities encompass operating robotic and traditional lab equipment, performing PCR, DNA quantitation, and handling, documenting work accurately, troubleshooting deviations, and packaging products. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; excellent communication skills; detail-oriented; proficient with computers (Excel, Word, Jira/Confluence); ability to work independently, safely, and in a team; physical capacity to stand long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and work flexible shifts. Preferred: experience in molecular biology techniques or GMP manufacturing.
