Shift Available:
- Tuesday–Saturday, Onsite Afternoon Shift, 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. (times may change)

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate equipment to produce blood component lots through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation.
- Support deviation investigations/write-ups and timely closure of assigned CAPAs.
- Perform aseptic “tube most” activities (welding, connections, transfers); aseptic qualification required.
- Weigh and measure in-process materials; adhere to production schedule and internal logistics.
- Record production data per GDPs.
- Follow site safety, quality systems, and GMP requirements.
- Work in a cross-functional team; motivated, team-oriented mindset.
- Become SME/qualified trainer; complete training on time.
- Other assigned tasks (continuous improvement, inspection readiness, “right first-time”).

Knowledge & Skills (preferred/required):
- Basic understanding of cell culture, cryopreservation, purification, and aseptic processing/lab technique.
- Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated industry and general cGMPs.
- Basic math; technical writing; MS Office.
- Background in biology, chemistry, medical or clinical practices.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; BS/Associate degree preferred.
- 0–1 years of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing/bioprocessing manufacturing or relevant experience.

Working Conditions:
- Work in laboratories/controlled restricted cleanroom areas; PPE and cleanroom garments required.
- Lift up to 25 lbs; routine exposure to human blood components; stand for extended periods.

Compensation:
- $27.83–$33.72/hour (Summit West – NJ – US).
