Manufacturing Associate IV, OSM/OPM (ASO) (Days)

Role: Manufacturing Associate IV in biopharma, primarily supporting upstream and downstream of antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) production within a cGMP environment. Objectives include executing manufacturing processes, operating equipment, troubleshooting, and ensuring documentation compliance to deliver quality therapies. Responsibilities encompass performing process operations, monitoring critical parameters, sampling, and maintaining audit readiness. Requirements include a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bioprocessing, a relevant degree or certification, good understanding of cGMP, SOP adherence, and process automation systems (e.g., LIMS). Preferred qualifications are STEM degrees and prior experience with ASO or nucleic acid-based therapeutics. High-value specifics include focus on biologics manufacturing, cGMP compliance, and work in a cleanroom setting. The role involves working in a fast-paced, regulated environment with physical demands like lifting and working in gowning. Shift is Monday-Thursday 6 am to 4 pm, with occasional overtime. Work setup appears on-site in Research Triangle Park, NC, with possible after-hours support.
