Manufacturing Associate III(EG)-Multiple Openings

Role: Manufacturing Production Technician in contact lens manufacturing, responsible for operating automated equipment, ensuring product quality, troubleshooting, and maintaining compliance with cGMP/FDA regulations. Objectives include supporting daily production, optimizing equipment performance, and ensuring high-quality contact lenses. Responsibilities: operate and troubleshoot highly automated machinery across all manufacturing stages, conduct in-process inspections, document activities accurately, escalate issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support team training and cross-training efforts. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in regulated environments like medical devices; basic troubleshooting, math, and computer skills; shift flexibility including night shifts. Preferred: technical certifications or associates degree in electrical, mechanical, or engineering fields.
