Role: Manufacturing Associate II in Bayer's medical device manufacturing, supporting assembly, testing, and quality inspections to ensure product quality and compliance in an FDA-regulated environment. Responsibilities: perform mechanical assembly of circuit boards, wiring, and units using appropriate tools; conduct quality control and automated testing; support process and product testing; provide mentorship and training to new team members; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes.
