Shift Details:
- 2-2-3 calendar rotation on days (6:00 AM–6:00 PM ET)
- 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights), Red Days rotating schedule
Primary Focus: Media & Solution Preparation (Drug Substance facility, RTP)
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare media and process solutions per approved batch records, SOPs, and cGMP
- Operate mixing equipment and execute manufacturing processes for routine production and RCM (Routine Clean Monitoring)
- Perform validation activities and collect RCM samples for process compliance and manufacturing readiness
- Execute glass wash and autoclave operations to clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment/materials
- Perform solution prep, run mixes, and execute RCM protocols
- Accurately document activities per cGMP and SOP requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, compliant manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, and Engineering
Who You Are (Required/Preferred Skills):
- Manufacturing Associate II: $23.56–$30.77
- Bachelor’s (STEM preferred) 0+ years; or BioWorks Certificate/associate (STEM preferred) 0+ years; or HS diploma (equiv.) 0.5+ years
- Previous experience in a GxP environment
- Ability to follow SOPs and work shift schedules
- Documentation and data integrity skills
- Aseptic technique and cleanroom practices preferred
- Manufacturing Associate III: $25.96–$34.13
- Bachelor’s (STEM) 0.5+ years; or BioWorks/associate (STEM) 1+ year; or HS diploma (equiv.) 1.5+ years
- Previous experience in a cGMP environment
- SOP-following; shift schedule effectiveness
- Documentation/data integrity
- Aseptic technique and cleanroom practices knowledge
- Exposure to DeltaV, LIMS, Syncade, CMMS, Veeva (or similar)
- Prior solutions preparation experience
