Manufacturing Associate II

Role: Manufacturing Associate II / Senior Manufacturing Associate I supporting cGMP cell therapy production at Beam Therapeutics' RTP site. Objectives include ensuring successful GMP manufacturing operations, process documentation, and supporting plant expansions. Responsibilities: lead manufacturing operations, maintain training and qualifications, update SOPs, draft change controls, and perform CQV tasks. Qualifications: BS/MS in Life Sciences or Engineering with 4-6 years relevant experience; experience in cell therapy operations, SAP, and Veeva preferred. High-Value: cell therapy, GMP manufacturing, cGMP environment, plant expansion support; ISO 5/Grade B environment. Collaboration: interface with multidisciplinary teams, cross-functional relationships. WorkSetup: onsite daily with flexible hours during peak times.
