Manufacturing Associate I, Shared Services

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our manufacturing team as an Manufacturing Associate I.

How you will make an impact:
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by following cGMP and standard operating procedures.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; calling for repairs.
- Documents production by accurately completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches.
- Makes buffers, solutions, and reagents for manufacturing teams.
- Assists chemical waste processing: safe/clean/organized areas, labeling waste for in-house storage and commercial disposal, moving/managing waste drums.
- Participates in training opportunities to update job knowledge.
- Receives materials/parts/supplies and fills production orders.
- Creates, edits, and reviews SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Operates within an ERP system.
- Monitors and adjusts daily/weekly/monthly schedules based on planning.
- Performs other functions and duties as required.

The skills and experience that you will bring:
- 1–3 years of warehousing or manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Self-motivated; can organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of safety requirements for material handling.
- Knowledge of laboratory hazards, exposure control, and hazardous waste disposal (plus).
- Experience in a quality regulated environment (plus).
