Manufacturing Associate I

Role: Support reliable manufacturing of biotherapeutic products through hands-on cell culture, bioprocessing, and equipment operation. Responsibilities: assist in cell thawing, passaging, bioreactor setup, process monitoring, cleaning, equipment assembly/disassembly, buffer/media preparation, and investigating environmental deviations. Qualifications: AS/BA/BS in Biology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences; 0-2 years in biotech/pharma industry and GMP; mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, ability to work in clean rooms and stand for long periods; flexible for extended shifts, weekends, holidays; proficiency with SOPs and MS Office.
