Manufacturing Associate I

Role: Manufacturing Technician supporting RPX biologic production at Replimune’s Framingham facility. Primary responsibilities include operating, setting up, changeover, cleaning automated/manual equipment, and ensuring GMP and safety compliance. Tasks involve visual inspection, secondary packaging of drug vials, and documentation of production activities. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, 1-2 years of cGMP or biotech experience, basic math and communication skills, ability to lift 35 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work safely with hazardous materials. Preferred: Biotech certificate or degree; team-oriented mindset. High-Value: biologic (oncolytic immunotherapy), GMP manufacturing, cGMP experience, highly regulated biotech environment, supporting clinical supply chain, 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 10-hour days). Collaboration: Support team with manufacturing activities, adherence to SOPs, and safety procedures. Work setup: on-site in Framingham, with regular use of computer systems for documentation and inventory. The role offers competitive base pay ($66,000-$85,500) plus incentives, equity, and benefits.
