Manufacturing Associate I

Role: Manufacturing Associate I in Drug Substance Operations, focused on producing mRNA drug substance within a GMP environment. Responsibilities: execute manufacturing tasks such as aseptic processing, formulation, filtration, mixing, filling, and dispensing following approved procedures; perform cleanroom operations with high discipline; support manufacturing activities with real-time documentation and data integrity; maintain equipment and environment readiness; and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Requirements: Bachelor's in STEM with 0-1 years, Associate's with 2-4 years, or high school diploma with over 4 years relevant experience; experience in biopharma, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing preferred.
