Operations
Responsibilities:
- Learn and execute Cell Therapy Manufacturing operations compliantly.
- Perform tasks per Source Governing Documents (SOPs, work instructions, batch records, forms).
- Use electronic systems and follow business continuity processes.
- Prioritize safety; report safety events within 24 hours; escalate compliance/safety issues.
- Complete ALCOA+ documentation contemporaneously.
- Complete required training before GxP tasks; verify training completion.
- Execute daily unit operations schedule (people/product/material flow across shifts).
- Work in ISO 5 cleanroom/control cleanroom; perform aseptic processing as assigned.
- Maintain environmental conditions via area disinfection to meet Health Authority requirements.
- Refine/improve manufacturing techniques to improve operational times.
- Author manufacturing operating procedures compliant with cGMP.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; minimum high school diploma/equivalent required.
- 0–1 years of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing/bioprocessing or related experience preferred.
- Collaboration experience; attention to detail; personal accountability.
- Computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets, web apps).
- Basic understanding of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance (preferred).

Working Conditions:
- Stand/walk long periods; cleanroom aseptic processing with full PPE.
- Lift/carry up to 30 lb (15 kg) and push/pull up to 50 lb (25 kg) several times/day.
- BSL2/ML1 handling human blood components; work with vapor phase liquid nitrogen; assigned shifts.

Compensation/Benefits (if eligible):
- $30.61–$37.09/hour (Bothell, WA).
