Role: Manufacturing Associate responsible for producing DNA and plasmid products in a high-throughput, automated lab environment, adhering to GMP and ISO standards. Responsibilities: operate laboratory and automation equipment (e.g., Hamilton robots, sequencers), perform molecular biology techniques (PCR, cloning, DNA quantitation), maintain detailed documentation, update work instructions, troubleshoot processes, and package products for shipping. Requirements: Associates or Bachelors in Biology, Chemistry, or related field; experience in laboratory or manufacturing environments; strong attention to detail; good communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, Atlassian); ability to work independently and safely in a controlled, cleanroom environment, lifting up to 20 lbs, with flexibility for extended or outside hours.
