Manufacturing Associate - Contact Lens

Role: Manufacturing technician in the eye health industry, focusing on producing custom contact lenses through equipment operation, inspection, and order processing. Primary objectives include ensuring product quality, safety, and timely shipment. Responsibilities involve lens inspection, packaging, data entry, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, manual dexterity, ability to follow SOPs, and effective teamwork. No prior manufacturing experience necessary, as extensive on-the-job training is provided. Preferred skills include experience in manufacturing or regulated environments and familiarity with production equipment or systems. Location: Lancaster, NY; schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Work setup: On-site manufacturing facility.
