Manufacturing Associate I (Cell Therapy)
Responsibilities:
- Complete work onsite based on assigned occupancy type:
- Site-essential: 100% of shifts onsite at assigned facility.
- Site-by-design: hybrid model; at least 50% onsite at assigned facility (onsite presence is essential).
- Field-based/remote-by-design: ability to physically travel to visit customers/patients/business partners and attend meetings as directed.
Compensation Overview:
- Devens, MA (US): $25.34–$30.70 per hour (additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available; final pay based on demonstrated experience).
