Role: Manufacturing Associate in Cell Therapy responsible for manufacturing blood-derived components in a cGMP cleanroom environment, supporting blood culture, harvest, and cryopreservation processes. Responsibilities include equipment setup, aseptic technique execution, data recording, deviation support, CAPA closure, and team collaboration. The role emphasizes adherence to quality, safety, and GMP standards, with opportunities to become a SME and trainer within manufacturing. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 0–1 year in cGMP cell therapy or relevant bioprocessing manufacturing. Skills: knowledge of cell culture, cryopreservation, aseptic processing, GMP/FDA regulations, and technical writing; proficiency in MS Office; basic math skills; understanding of biology/chemistry. Work setup: onsite overnight shift (Wednesday-Saturday, 5 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.); physical requirements include standing, lifting, and working in controlled, restricted environments with PPE and blood component exposure.
