Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Assembler II assembles parts and components used in the production of high-quality medical devices, following industry standards and regulations to meet quality specifications with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly operations requiring fine hand dexterity and precision.
- Assemble at least one assembly station or line to ensure efficient and accurate production.
- Comply with GMP and GDP in all tasks.
- Adhere to work schedules and accurately report hours worked.
- Maintain legible and accurate records (initialing, dating, clear notes).
- Follow written procedures and safety practices.
- Read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and instructions in English.
- Assist in development, revision, and maintenance of assembly procedures, protocols, and checklists.
- Identify and evaluate assembly problems, recommend corrective actions, and escalate issues as needed.

Experience / Qualifications:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic and measurements.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Prior medical device industry experience preferred.
- Team collaboration and ability to contribute to team goals.
- Flexible and adaptable in uncertain situations.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Relevant certifications related to the position (e.g., Medical Device Manufacturing, GMP) are a plus.
