Provides day-to-day oversight and direction to the Supply Chain Warehouse team. Primary function of the position is to manage and control all aspects of warehouse operations, receiving, internal distribution, shipping, material management and oversight of all other activities necessary for supporting and maintaining all cGMP, R&D, laboratory, and other support operations at the facility. Accountable for staff to ensure that all warehouse operations are performed in a timely fashion, efficiently and in accordance with all applicable company, department, and regulatory requirements (FDA, cGMP, DOT, Hazmat, EPA, FAA etc.)
In this role, you will:
Applicant must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience; OR an associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience. Prior experience includes strong knowledge, support and capability related to warehouse and dock operations, methods and practices. Qualifying military experience may also be considered in lieu of industrial experience. Ability to manage, organize, solve problems and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while exercising problem solving, leadership, and diplomacy with all levels of colleagues. Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with staff, management, vendors and carriers. Working knowledge of inventory management systems, practices, and procedures. Experience with SAP ERP is preferable. Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
Position requires on-call availability to address support functions for the site. This includes evenings and weekends on a routine basis.

Schedule is 1st shift, Monday - Friday. Able to work traditional and/or split shifts as well as weekends, holidays and overtime as needed to effectively manage operations.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $102,900.00 to $171,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
