Position: Manager, Workforce Planning Partner (Tampa)

Position Summary
- Build trusted relationships with Business Leads, Finance Leads, and HR/TR partners to understand workforce strategies during planning cycles (annual budget, forecasts, ad-hoc org changes), ensuring accurate data integrations across HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute workforce planning actions against approved workforce plans.
- Advise on workforce choices (job profiles, locations) and associated budget impacts.
- Build workforce scenario plans (new positions, terminations, adjustments/transfers) in Workday HCM/HPA/Adaptive and share budget implications.
- Finalize workforce plans and facilitate the approval process.
- Partner with HR/TR and Total Rewards to ensure required job profiles exist in Workday.
- Ensure integrity of workforce data structures (e.g., supervisory organizations, company-location structures).
- Provide advanced operational/analytical/advisory support for complex employee data management.
- Manage broad org changes (mass hiring, M&A integrations, workforce reductions).
- Ensure restructures and worker exits follow global design and local regulations.
- Create solutions for significant restructures/workforce changes, including separations.

Qualifications & Experience (Required/Preferred)
- Degree required.
- Advanced HCM technical skills.
- Workday HCM or SAP HR experience (preferred 4–5 years in compensation/HR ops or employee life-cycle transactions).
- Advanced Excel and data reporting; strong HR policies/processes and regional employment law knowledge.
- Understanding of workforce budgets; ability to assess client needs.
- Fast-moving, complex environment; multicultural/multi-country experience.
- Business judgment; shared services experience preferred.
- HR specialty certification preferred; strong verbal/written communication.
- Tends to use AI in day-to-day work; Workday Adaptive experience nice to have.
