Role Responsibilities:
- Manage web analytics tracking and reporting to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize content, user experience, and campaign performance (using web analytics platforms and data visualizations).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, UX, and engineering to align on key metrics, implement tracking, analyze performance data, and make recommendations.
- Create and oversee website business requirements for analytics and tagging.
- Oversee UAT with the agency and cross-functional team.
- Maintain SDR for Digital implementation.
- Serve as liaison with media & digital on 3rd-party tagging.
- Monitor website and campaign analytics dashboards daily and weekly; highlight key findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Develop monthly and quarterly performance reports and presentations with key digital metrics, trend analysis, and recommended actions for continuous optimization.
- Conduct analysis of site content performance, user behavior flow, and funnel performance to identify engagement improvement opportunities.
- Stay current on industry best practices in web analytics and experimentation to improve digital experience and support business growth.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years’ experience OR Master’s + 2+ years OR PhD + 0+ years OR Associate’s + 8+ years OR High school diploma (or equivalent) + 10+ years relevant experience.
- 3+ years’ professional experience in media analytics (preferred).
- Knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.

Required/Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Ability to analyze data sets and provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration; ability to identify risks and remove roadblocks.
- Familiarity with data-driven media planning and buying.
- Experience with web analytics tools: Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics (or similar), Adobe Tag Manager, A/B testing platforms, MTA tools, Dynamic Creative Optimization, and AI products.
- Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Thrive under pressure; accountability; meet deadlines; strong attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Creative/innovative problem solver driven by data insights.
