Manager, US Data Operations

Role: Lead data onboarding and operational management for US commercial data assets, ensuring high-quality, analytics-ready data delivery. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end onboarding of IQVIA claims, OneKey HCP/HCO master data, and specialty pharmacy data; manage data integration, validation, and quality monitoring; coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders across Analytics, IT, Compliance, and Finance; serve as operational lead for vendor contracts and data governance, and support process improvements. Requirements: 8+ years in data operations, management, or healthcare data roles; hands-on experience with large-scale healthcare datasets such as IQVIA; strong understanding of master data management, identifier handling, and data quality frameworks; excellent stakeholder communication and project coordination skills. Preferred: experience supporting commercial analytics, CRM, or compliance use cases; familiarity with enterprise platforms like Veeva, SAP, or Model N; background in regulated environments with data governance.
