Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and/or collaborate with creative teams to create content for corporate marketing campaigns
- Perform light photo editing; design assets and PPT slides; create animations for social-first assets (external and internal)
- Shoot photography and videography; handle post-production; manage production teams
- Liaise with external agency partners to follow up on deliverables
- Support campaign project planning and tracking related to content and creative standards
- Complete required process steps to meet creative compliance requirements
- Partner with web and social publishing teams on asset optimization and handoff
- Provide project management and budgeting support to senior team members as needed
- Use AI tools for content development in production and post-production
- Use AI-enabled tools to support content production, planning, and publishing (structuring/maintaining content so it is accurate, compliant, and discoverable)

Key Performance Indicators:
- Design and produce high-quality visuals across various media ensuring brand consistency and creative innovation
- Create publishing requests within required timeframes and deliver content on time

Essential Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising, Journalism, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing campaign/content creation and execution (preferably corporate brands)
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing campaign communications, timelines, and budgets

Skills/Preferred:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Proficient with social platform content creation tools
- Experience using large language model AI-driven tools for content creation
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and influence collaborators/agencies without direct line management authority
- Keen eye for detail; strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization

Benefits & Rewards (as stated):
- Salary range: $98,700–$183,300 per year; performance-based cash incentive; potential eligibility for annual equity awards; US comprehensive benefits package (health/life/disability, 401(k) with match) and time off.
