The Manager, Travel & Expense will lead and scale travel and expense operations as the company expands its commercial organization. Oversee corporate travel programs, expense policy compliance, corporate card management, and HCP-related travel support, ensuring strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, Compliance, and People Services.

Onsite role; expected to be in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage company-wide travel program and policy; administer Concur Travel & Expense.
- Oversee U.S. Bank corporate card program; manage RFP process for new banks.
- Maintain/optimize preferred vendor relationships; negotiate and execute contracts.
- Monitor travel spend trends; recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure T&E compliance: timely submissions/approvals; own T&E and corporate card policies and T&E SharePoint.
- Monitor adherence; partner with Compliance for HCP spend transparency; identify policy gaps.
- Lead internal audits and reporting for T&E activity.
- Coordinate HCP travel logistics; support sales meetings (room blocks and group travel).
- Ensure Sunshine Act and transparency reporting alignment.
- Improve Concur workflows/reporting; implement automation; build KPI dashboards.
- Scale processes for growth (50 to 250+ reps); evaluate staffing needs; reduce manual/external coordination.

Requirements:
- 5+ years’ travel & expense management experience (biotech/pharma or regulated industry preferred).
- Experience supporting commercial field organizations.
- Strong Concur Travel & Expense knowledge; corporate card program experience.
- Familiarity with HCP compliance and transparency reporting.
- Experience negotiating/managing vendor contracts.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills; cross-functional collaboration.
- High attention to detail and operational discipline.

Preferred:
- Strong financial controls and compliance.
- Comfortable supporting field sales organizations; service-minded but firm on policy.
- Data-driven, improvement-focused; scalable systems without unnecessary complexity.

Pay range: Wisconsin $95,000–$115,000; California $110,000–$130,000. Candidates must have current, valid authorization to work in the country where the role is located.
