  • Stakeholder engagement & adoption
    • Collaborate with Business Product Owners, Procurement leadership, sourcing, suppliers and end users to gather requirements, validate solutions and drive adoption.
    • Conduct demos, influence business partners, capture feedback, and iterate on capabilities to maximize value and adoption.
    • Partner with ServiceNow product groups on ideas for enhancement requests.
  • Delivery & quality
    • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives); partner with developers and QA to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
    • Define acceptance criteria, participate in testing and validate that delivered functionality meets business needs.
  • Metrics & continuous improvement
    • Define OKRs with success metrics (e.g., cycle times, user satisfaction, adoption, compliance metrics) and monitor product performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Governance & compliance
    • Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, data privacy and procurement governance requirements.
