Role Summary

Manager, Technology Product Management โ€“ AI, Data & Insights. Lead technical product ownership and engineering leadership to deliver scalable AI/GenAI solutions transforming commercial pharma operations. Collaborate with IT peers, vendors, data partners, product owners, and finance to produce high-impact analytics products and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision for AI/GenAI-enabled analytics platforms; prioritize features that enhance commercial decision-making.
  • Partner with the Technical Product Owner to define and communicate product vision and strategy; identify and prioritize backlog in alignment with business strategy.
  • Define business value, ROI, and business outcomes; manage total cost of ownership across the product lifecycle.
  • Drive adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction of Data Analytics products.
  • Coach business and technical product owners on standard product management methodologies to ensure consistency.

Solutioning & Delivery

  • Serve as Technical Product Owner with hands-on involvement in building AI/GenAI solutions.
  • Architect and implement GenAI capabilities using AWS/Azure stack (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenAI, Azure ML).
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build and deploy LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
  • Lead development of reusable AI components and pipelines for commercial analytics use cases.
  • Define standards for product design, development, release management, testing/validation, and compliance.
  • Lead analytics capabilities roadmap aligned with business priorities; develop project plans and manage all project areas.
  • Ensure application support of analytics platforms via Service Level Management with Application Service teams.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to translate business needs into user stories, manage backlog, and plan sprints.
  • Partner with Technology Services on demand planning, effort, timing, delivery, and support of new demand.
  • Perform data analysis, data discovery, and synthesize business rules for data acquisition and contextual information.
  • Ensure successful business product owner engagement and user acceptance testing.
  • Deliver Commercial Data & Insights solutions for Sales, Marketing, Market Access and Medical functions; drive adoption.
  • Continuously measure capabilities against demand, complexity, and business challenges; promote business agility and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain product health, technical quality, and deliver metrics-based reporting; manage product lifecycle and upgrade/decommission strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; Masterโ€™s preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data and insights technology product development.
  • Proven track record deploying LLMs, AI agents, and GenAI-powered applications in production.
  • Deep expertise in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain), and cloud-native AI services.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation metrics.
  • Experience integrating GenAI into business workflows for measurable impact.
  • 3+ years leading mid-to-large data & insights product teams; 3+ years designing and implementing data engineering and data science solutions.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills; ability to influence internal partners.
  • Experience with data management, data modeling, large data lake platforms, and BI visualization (Tableau, Power BI).

Education

  • Bachelors required; Masters preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Primary location Titusville, New Jersey; up to 10% travel to Raritan NJ, New Brunswick NJ, and Horsham PA offices.
