Manager, Technical Product Management

Role: Technical Product Manager for Screening, Profiling & Inventory within Therapeutics Discovery IT, focusing on enabling molecular screening, profiling, and compound logistics to support drug discovery workflows. Responsibilities: define product strategy, develop roadmaps, modernize workflows via automation and digital tech, evaluate emerging solutions, and oversee delivery of technology initiatives. Build strong partnerships across scientific and operational teams, translating research needs into technology solutions, and drive continuous process improvements. Collaborate with external vendors and manage stakeholder engagement to ensure aligned priorities and measurable value realization. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, IT, or related fields; 7+ years in product management, informatics, or technology delivery, with experience partnering with scientific stakeholders, developing strategies, and leading cross-functional projects. Skills: strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate at the science-technology interface; familiarity with digital and scientific applications, AI tools, and automation. Preferred: advanced degree, pharma/biotech experience, knowledge of molecular screening, automation, and informatics platforms, and experience with Agile methodologies. High-value: supporting discovery research, molecular screening, profiling, automation, digital transformation, and vendor management, in a collaborative, cross-functional environment based in Spring House, PA or Beerse, Belgium.
