Responsibilities:
- Support development and execution of supply chain systems strategy (ERP, advanced planning, master data, analytics, reporting).
- Serve as business owner for Supply Chain-related NetSuite ERP modules.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and documentation for system requirements and processes.
- Manage projects for requirements updates, system upgrades, integrations, and implementation of new digital tools.
- Execute supply chain activities for system change controls, testing, and validation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, integration, and data accuracy.
- Own and govern supply chain master data to ensure data quality and compliant operations.
- Own supply chain data analytics, dashboards, and reporting across NetSuite and connected systems.
- Provide reporting and data insights for inventory management, planning, supplier performance monitoring, and cross-functional decisions.
- Ensure data integrity and accessibility for internal/external audits and financial reporting.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Finance, IT, Commercial and Clinical Operations, and external suppliers to align workflows and integrations.
- Train and support users to drive adoption and consistent data practices.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide system initiatives impacting supply chain processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g., business analyst, supply chain planning).
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Success leading projects to implement/improve supply chain digital systems.
- ERP implementation and validation experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle); NetSuite preferred.
- Competency building Power BI and/or Tableau visualizations; experience with Alteryx and Snowflake.
- Familiar with GMP Quality systems; experience with change planning and change controls.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized; excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Adaptable in ambiguity; able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strategic with hands-on approach; continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and system roadmaps.
