Supply Chain Systems Manager

Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for global supply chain systems transformation aligned with enterprise digital strategy.
- Liaison between supply chain domain owners and technology teams to align systems with operational goals.
- Lead global cross-functional teams to deploy, test, and monitor supply chain enhancement systems.
- Establish transformation governance frameworks to ensure execution, stakeholder alignment, and benefits realization.
- Oversee evaluation, selection, and implementation of supply chain technologies and platforms.
- Lead process redesign for standardization, automation, and simplification across supply chain.
- Partner with data/analytics teams to improve end-to-end data enablement, visibility, governance, and automation.
- Support change management for adoption of new systems and processes; engage senior leaders to drive sponsorship.
- Serve as trusted advisor on best practices and emerging technologies.
- Work in agile/waterfall project environments and manage timelines with stakeholders.
- Build, lead, and mentor a transformation team; foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelorโ€™s + 8 years; Masterโ€™s + 7 years; or PhD + 3 years.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Agile experience supporting pods across a global supply chain.
- Proven success implementing large-scale ERP/supply chain systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
- Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge (procurement to distribution).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking; excellent communication/stakeholder management.
Preferred:
- 8+ years in global supply chain management/operations/systems transformation.
- Passion for using technology to drive efficiency, sustainability, and agility.
