Manager, Supplier & Internal Auditor

Role: Manager Supplier & Internal Auditor supporting Vaxcyte's Quality Assurance, focusing on auditing supplier and internal quality systems within a vaccine development environment. Responsibilities: plan, conduct, and evaluate supplier audits (on-site and remote), review CAPA responses, perform internal audits of GMP, GLP, GCP, ICH, ISO 13485 compliance, and support inspection readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and ensure regulatory adherence. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, 5+ years in QA, auditing or compliance in pharma/biotech/medical devices, auditor certification (e.g., ASQ CQA), strong GMP/GLP/GCP/ISO knowledge, experience in vaccine industry preferred. Skills include excellent communication, organization, and ability to travel. High-Value: pharmaceutical/biotech vaccine environment, GMP, GLP, GCP, ICH, ISO 13485 standards, supplier and internal audits, hybrid or remote work setup, with some travel. Reports to the Director of Quality Assurance, Vendor Management, in San Carlos, CA, with a flexible work arrangement.
